No Refunds or Returns

Due to all items being custom made we do not offer refunds or returns.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products or services once the order has been placed or delivered.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exceptions (if applicable)

We only make exceptions to this policy in the following rare circumstances:

  • The product received is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • An item was incorrectly shipped due to our error.

In such cases, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order at printopia3d@hotmail.com with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
